Delivery and Refund Policy

Roadmap Game provides its services in digital and hybrid (digital + physical) format, in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of booking.

1. Digital format
Access to the platform or to the game’s digital content will be enabled only on the date of the game session or on the dates scheduled for its development, as applicable to the reservation made by the client.

2. Hybrid format
In hybrid format, the digital component will be enabled on the date of the game session or on the dates scheduled for its development. Physical materials will be delivered by the instructor assigned to the country or city where the game session takes place. If the company or institution is not located in Mexico, shipping and return costs for the materials will be borne by the buyer.

The client will be responsible for providing, in a complete, truthful and timely manner, the information required for the proper coordination of the game session and the delivery of the corresponding materials.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of the service provided by Roadmap Game, returns or refunds will only be processed in cases of verifiable breach in the delivery of the essential contracted components.

1. Digital format
A full or partial refund, as applicable, will only be issued when technical failures attributable to the platform are verified during the game session and such failures prevent it from running normally.

2. Hybrid format
A full or partial refund, as applicable, will be issued when failures are verified in any of the committed deliveries, whether in the enabling of the digital component or in the delivery of the physical component required for the game session.

No refunds or returns will be issued when the issues arise from events not attributable to Roadmap Game including, among others, errors in the information provided by the client, lack of connection, technical problems on the user’s side, or failure to attend the scheduled game session.

All refund or return requests must be submitted in writing to staff@roadmapgame.net, including the purchase or reservation details, a detailed description of the facts, and the bank account to receive the full or partial refund of the amounts paid by the client. Roadmap Game will assess each case and communicate its resolution within a reasonable period.
