THE ROADMAP is a business strategy and digital transformation game to learn and apply the best tools of competitive strategy and digital innovation. You will be able to learn to use the best management and digital business indicators and relate them to changes in your strategy. All in an entertaining, interactive and captivating way. It is available in two formats, digital and physical.
With the ROADMAP GAME, participants play to innovate a company or entrepreneurship, using as a model the practices of the most successful online and offline companies in the world.
Each player or participating team applies the strategy alternatives suggested by the cards they receive in the game, and based on those choices, they advance on the board and in the game score.
Players compete to innovate their business model better, digitalize it, modernize it, and even disrupt it by thinking about other business models and strategies. It is designed to facilitate and assist entrepreneurs, management teams, consultants, and universities.
